T2H - Showcasing the Visual Art
of Homebuilding

In collaboration with T2H, I produced a series of marketing materials, including photography and videos for their designer homes designed by Seija Strand. My task involved capturing images and footage of a sophisticated loft and a luxury row house. The goal was to create content that would work well on various platforms by combining traditional real estate display methods with a contemporary, lifestyle-centric design. To achieve this, I focused on capturing natural light and the sense of space, applying techniques like multiple exposures and precise highlight management to deal with challenging lighting situations. The finished materials were effectively utilized by T2H, boosting their marketing, social media, and sales efforts. This project not only received positive feedback from the client but also performed well on social media, highlighting my skill in producing engaging visuals and handling complex lighting scenarios with expertise.
